We are a global leader in the PV industry based in China. We have built a vertically integrated solar power product value chain, manufacturing from silicon wafers to solar cells and solar modules. We sell most of our solar modules under our own “JinkoSolar” brand, with a small portion of solar modules sold on an OEM basis. We also sell silicon wafers and solar cells that are not utilized in our solar module production. In addition, we have expanded into energy storage business and offered our products to a diverse global customer base, including utility-scale developers, EPC contractors and distributed generation customers. We sell our products in major export markets and China. As of December 31, 2025, we had over 10 production facilities globally and over 20 overseas subsidiaries in Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, India, Turkey, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, the United States, Mexico and other countries. As of the same date, we also had a global sales network with sales teams in China, the United States, Canada, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Italy, Germany, Turkey, Spain, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, Vietnam and India to conduct sales, marketing and brand development for our products around the world. In addition, as of December 31, 2025, we had an aggregate of over 8,700 customers in near 200 countries and regions for our solar modules and energy storage systems.
