Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old. The service is not offered to a person who is physically located in, or is a resident of, the European Union or European Economic Area. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you connect an account, you separately agree to the account-connectivity provider's end-user terms, presented during the connection process. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.

Instaport provides portfolio organization, verification, research, analytics, and optional social publishing. Its account connections are read-only. Instaport cannot submit, route, modify, or cancel an order and does not hold customer funds or securities.

You authorize Instaport and our third-party account-connectivity provider to access account information only when you choose to connect an account. You must own or be authorized to access the connected account. Brokerage availability, freshness, and completeness vary by institution. You may revoke a connection at any time. The provider's hosted portal handles brokerage credentials and multi-factor authentication. Instaport does not ask for or store those credentials.

Portfolios are private by default. You may choose to publish supported facts such as verified status, percentage performance, allocation, or selected holdings. You grant Instaport permission to display what you deliberately publish until you withdraw that permission. You remain responsible for content you post and must have the right to share it. Instaport does not publicly redistribute market prices or market values supplied through its account-connectivity provider.

Do not misuse the service, access another person's account, scrape or redistribute licensed data, evade security controls, impersonate another person, publish unlawful or infringing content, or use Instaport to execute or coordinate unlawful securities activity. Community participation is also subject to the Community Rules.

Financial, portfolio, account, and market information may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or out of date. Much of this information comes from third-party data providers and financial institutions that Instaport does not control. Instaport does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of this information. Verify important information with the original provider or your financial institution before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Instaport LLC is not responsible for losses, decisions, or other consequences arising from inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or outdated third-party information. Instaport is provided on an as-available basis and may change, suspend, or discontinue features. You may not scrape, re-serve, or commercially redistribute licensed market data displayed by Instaport.

Instaport uses licensed commercial market-data providers, official public records, and exchanges' public feeds. Data licensed for member display may not be scraped, re-served, or redistributed from Instaport. Filings link to official records; analyst estimates remain third-party forecasts; and news is presented as attributed headlines and links rather than reproduced articles.

Where a source license requires a named credit, it appears here: crypto reference data and asset logos are powered by CoinGecko. This product uses the FRED® API but is not endorsed or certified by the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis.

Instaport provides information, research tools, and analytics for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on Instaport is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in the service is an instruction or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold a security or other asset. Instaport LLC is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, exchange, custodian, or fiduciary. Past performance does not predict future results. You are responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional when you need advice for your circumstances.

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on the Pricing page, plus any applicable taxes. Payments are processed by Stripe; Instaport never receives your full card details.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings under Plan and billing. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your paid features continue until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can switch from monthly to annual billing in Plan and billing; Stripe applies a prorated credit for unused monthly time toward the annual charge.

If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and notify you. Paid features are paused until the payment succeeds, and the subscription may be canceled if it cannot be collected.

Fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods, except where the law requires otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

We may restrict or close an account for misuse, legal requirements, or risks to the service or other people. Material changes to these Terms will be versioned and presented for renewed acceptance when appropriate. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instaport is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service or third-party data.
