Company Overview We are a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing next-generation, once-daily, oral phosphodiesterase-4 (“PDE4”) inhibitor prodrugs designed for targeted delivery to the terminal ileum and colon. Our lead clinical product candidate, PALI-2108, is being developed as a treatment for patients living with inflammatory bowel disease (“IBD”), including ulcerative colitis (“UC”) and Crohn’s disease (“CD”).
