Description of Our Operations We are the largest brewer in Latin America in terms of sales volumes and one of the largest beer producers in the world, according to our estimates. We currently produce, distribute and sell beer, CSDs, other alcoholic beverages and non-alcoholic and non-carbonated products directly in 11 countries across the Americas. We conduct our operations through four business segments, as follows: • Brazil: Beer sales division and NAB sales division. • Central America and the Caribbean (“CAC”): Dominican Republic, Cuba, Guatemala and Panama. • Latin America South (“LAS”): Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay and Chile. • Canada: Labatt’s operations in Canada.
