Profile
From SEC filingsCompany description
Figure is building the future of capital markets using blockchain-based technology. Figure’s proprietary technology powers next-generation lending, trading and investing activities in areas such as consumer credit and digital assets. Our application of the blockchain ledger allows us to better serve our end-customers, improve speed and efficiency, and enhance standardization and liquidity. Using our technology, we continue to develop dynamic, vertically-integrated marketplaces across the approximately $2 trillion consumer credit market and the rapidly growing approximately $3 trillion cryptocurrency and digital asset market. As a result, Figure has grown quickly in a capital-efficient manner since our founding, and more recently we have achieved strong and growing profitability, with net income of $134.3 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $251.2 million for the year ended December 31, 2025, compared to net income of $19.9 million and Adjusted EBITDA of $101.4 million for the year ended December 31, 2024, and accumulated deficit of $187.0 million and total stockholders’ equity of $1.2 billion as of December 31, 2025, compared to accumulated deficit of $320.9 million and total stockholders’ equity of $363.4 million, as of December 31, 2024.
